Who operates Palette

Selfies and outfit photos
Photos are processed in your browser to position makeup, sample an approximate skin color and coordinate outfit colors. The app does not send these photos or face landmarks to our servers, identify you, infer ethnicity or use your photos to train AI models.
Temporary photo storage
When you tap Use photo, the photo picker stores one temporary copy in this browser to pass it to the studio. The studio deletes that copy when it reads it. Copies older than ten minutes are rejected and deleted when read. An interrupted transfer may remain locally until your next studio visit or until you clear it below.
Your choices and deletion
Remove selfie and Remove outfit photo & color clear the corresponding images from the studio. Your language choice is stored for the tab’s session. The app does not create a saved account or photo history. You can clear a pending photo below or remove Palette’s site data in your browser settings. Your original photo library is unaffected.
Website delivery and support
Website requests send ordinary network information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the hosting service to deliver and protect the site. If you contact us by email, your email address, message and any attachments are retained in our business mailbox to handle your request. Contact us to request deletion. Photo processing remains on your device.
Tracking and external websites
We have not added advertising trackers or usage analytics to this beta. Brand links open external websites with their own privacy and cookie policies. Palette does not attach your photo or sampled skin color to those links.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our data practices change. Accounts, payments or any future cloud photo processing will need their own accurate disclosures before they are introduced.
